services on existing rights of access to

sea Also suggested that Bill should

provide for giving of due notice to persons

whose property or rights likely to be

affected before works are considered or

approved by Legislative Council or Finance

Committee, and grant right of formulating

objections or representations in connection

therewith. Further that persons claiming

compensation should have right to call

for appointment commercial assessors to assist

Judge in determining amount of damages

to be awarded.
